Responsibilities:

Build and Grow Korea Domestic Sales

* Develop and execute a focused Korea commercial strategy targeting local biotech and mid-sized pharma

* Originate high-quality opportunities through deep client engagement and network activation

* Build a robust pipeline across clinical phases, with a focus on strategic, high-value programs

Establish Trusted Client Partnerships

* Become a key partner to decision-makers in Korea’s biotech ecosystem

* Convert opportunities into long-term, repeat business relationships

* Elevate Novotech’s reputation as a trusted, execution-driven CRO in Korea

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven track record in CRO, pharma services, or clinical development partnerships within Korea

* Strong ability to originate and close business in the local market

* Deep network across Korean biotech, pharma, and clinical stakeholders

* Experience building or scaling commercial teams

* Strong understanding of clinical development and outsourcing models
