[담당업무]

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from engineering

and procurement through construction, commissioning,

and handover.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering,

procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to

ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules,

budgets, risk registers, interface matrices, and progress

reports.
• Monitor project progress against key milestones and

proactive identify and resolve schedule, cost, technical,

and execution risks.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost and change control,

ensuring full traceability and proper documentation.
• Serve as a key interface with clients, classification societies,

subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, milestone review, technical reviews

and decision workshops, ensuring actions and decisions

are properly documented and closed out.
• Manage technical, commercial, and contractual issues in

coordination with relevant internal and external

stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and establish appropriate mitigation

and recovery actions.
• Oversee project HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance in

accordance with applicable project requirements and

standards.

• Minimum 12-15+ years of project management experience in

EPC, offshore conversion, LNG, onshore plant, or large industrial

projects.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle including

engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and

handover.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules,

scope changes and change orders.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with experience

leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong project planning, progress monitoring, risk management,

and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with clients, classification societies,

subcontractors, vendors and other key stakeholders.
• Strong competency in preparing and controlling key project

documents, including PEPs, schedules, risk registers, interface

matrices, MoMs, and progress reports.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder

management skills.
• Experience resolving technical, commercial, and contractual

issues in fast-track and multi-stakeholder project environments.
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality, project standards, and

applicable regulatory requirements.
