The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving business performance across the Korea retail network, including internal boutiques, duty-free channels, and external boutiques operated by wholesale partners.
1. Business Transition & Retail Network Internalization
- Lead the retail internalization project by transitioning approximately 10 boutiques from the current retail agent to the Company's direct retail operation.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including operations, retail, training, IT, Supply Chain, and logistics to ensure operational readiness.
- Develop and execute transition plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful boutique integration while maintaining brand standards and commercial performance.
2. Retail Performance Management
- Monitor boutique sales performance and prepare regular sales performance reports and analyses.
- Track key retail KPIs and boutique productivity, and provide actionable insights.

[자격요건]
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing boutique performance and retail commercial activities.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and client experience.
