[Luxury Jewelry]Retail Experience Manager

[담당업무]

This role leads product launches, High Jewelry events, retail pop-up activations, and in-store client experiences while collaborating closely with CRM, E-commerce, Retail, Marketing, and HQ teams to deliver seamless omnichannel engagement.

1. Product Launch
- Plan and execute product launch activities across retail boutiques, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and local business objectives.
- Coordinate launch timelines, promotional materials, and operational readiness with HQ and local teams.
- Monitor launch performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

2. High Jewelry (HJ) Events
- Lead the planning and execution of exclusive High Jewelry events and VIC experiences.
- Collaborate with Retail, CRM, Marketing, and HQ to deliver exceptional client journeys for key clients.
- Coordinate event logistics, guest experiences, and post-event follow-up activities.

3. Retail Pop-up Events
4. Retail In-store Activation
5. KCP Activation
6. CRM & E-commerce Collaboration
7. Cross-functional Coordination

[자격요건]

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant department or business industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury and fashion industry, retail business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
