A global high jewelry maison with a rich heritage is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist. This role spans the full SCM spectrum — from demand forecasting to stock operations and KPI reporting — leveraging systems such as SAP, Anaplan, and BI for data-driven decision-making.
[ Key Responsibilities ]
Execute demand forecasting for product categories and POSM by analyzing market trends, commercial plans, and economic indicators
Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies for novelty launches
Manage inventory levels and stock policies; drive stock optimization initiatives
Coordinate import/export processes and inbound/outbound logistics
Monitor and report on KPIs; identify stock-related risks and opportunities
Communicate market insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
[ Requirements ]
Bachelor's degree or above
More than 5 years Experience in demand planning & supply chain management
Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, BI, Anaplan, with adaptability to new systems
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and change agility
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
