Industrial Medicine Advisor는 고객에게 직원의 질병 또는 부상 후 복귀 결정과 관련된 전문적인 의료 자문을 제공하는 역할을 수행합니다. 임상을 하지 않는 직무로서 직원의 질병을
치료하는 주치의의 소견을 검토하고, 인사팀에 업무 복귀 및 직무 조정 방향을 비의학적 언어로 조언하는
것을 포함합니다. 모든 자문은 산업안전보건법 및 관련 노동법을 준수하며, 엄격한 기밀성을 유지해야 합니다.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Review
and advise or provide recommend using non-medical words to HR based on
medical documentation from treating physicians.
- Provide
clear advice or clarification to client HR teams regarding employee
return-to-work plans.
- Ensure
all advice complies with South Korean Occupational Safety and Health
Act and relevant labor regulations.
- Maintain
professional boundaries and confidentiality in all communications.
- Conduct
occasional courtesy phone calls with employees to clarify medical or
workplace-related matters.
- Collaborate
with HR teams to align medical recommendations with internal policies and
workplace accommodations.
- Using
International SOS‘s proprietary IT system to interact with client
companies, utilizing pre-formatted templates for documentation
and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and
recommendations within the system.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered
Nurse (RN) in South Korea.
- Strong English
proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively and lead
discussions with corporate clients and internal stakeholders, including
US-based teams.
- Excellent
communication skills in Korean, especially in conveying medical
information to non-medical professionals.
- Ability
to work independently and manage multiple cases with discretion.
- Minimum of 3 years of
experience in occupational health, industrial medicine, or a related field
preferred.
Work Conditions:
- Engagement type:
Freelancer or full-time contract.
- Non-clinical
role; no physical examination of patients required.
- Flexible remote work
arrangement, with in-person meetings required as needed.
