Business Finance Manager (Commercial Finance FP&A 차장급 전후)

[담당업무]

- Commercial Performance Support & Decision Making: Monitor and analyze Brand and Store P&L performance for Company brands. Provide financial insights on sales, margins, and profitability to support senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights for non-finance teams.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support and coordinate NOP, budget, and forecasting processes. Consolidate net sales planning inputs, review commercial assumptions (targets, channel estimates, retail OPEX), and ensure alignment with financial targets.
- OPEX Management: Monitor and analyze commercial OPEX by brand and function. Drive spending discipline through variance analysis and provide recommendations for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Wholesale Performance & Receivables Controlling: Track Global Order Book (GOB) progress, wholesale sell-in performance, and accounts receivable collection status to proactively manage and mitigate cash flow risks.
- Inventory Order & Cash Flow Controlling: Review inventory purchase orders against approved Open to Buy (Company) plans. Track inventory commitments and manage their impact on cash flow to minimize variances from the plan.
- Commercial KPI Monitoring & Business Analysis: Track and analyze key commercial KPIs in partnership with business teams across retail, wholesale, and multi-channel business areas.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted finance partner to Brand, Retail, Merchandising, and Wholesale teams to drive financially sound business decisions.
- Financial Controlling Support: Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team on month-end closing and group reporting, and provide supporting analysis for HQ reporting or audits.

- Finance Experience: Solid experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, financial controlling, or related roles.

- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, OPEX, and business performance analysis.

- Preferred Controlling Experience: Experience in wholesale finance, accounts receivable management, cash flow controlling, inventory planning, and Company processes is highly preferred.

- Analytical Skills: Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to convert financial and commercial data into meaningful business insights.

- Communication & Mindset: Good communication and stakeholder management capability. Possesses a business-oriented mindset with a hands-on, flexible approach to working in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.

- Industry & Language Preferences: Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, consumer goods, or multi-brand businesses is preferred. English communication capability for regional and HQ interaction is an advantage.
