Senior Neocloud Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

1. Neocloud-Tailored Architecture Design: Design optimized GPU cluster architectures (NVLink/InfiniBand topologies, rack-scale, liquid-cooled NVL72, etc.) aligned with customers’ GPUaaS service models (on-demand/spot/reserved, multi-tenant, private cloud).

2. Full-Stack Solution Proposals: Develop comprehensive technical and business proposals integrating servers + networking + storage + liquid cooling + power + management software, including BOM, TCO analysis, ROI calculations, and PoC plans.

3. High-Density & Liquid-Cooling Consulting: Advise on liquid cooling (Direct-to-Chip, Immersion), CDUs, cooling efficiency (PUE <1.1), and power infrastructure requirements for high-density environments (120–135 kW+/rack for GB200/B300-class systems).

4. PoC & Benchmark Leadership: Plan and execute LLM training/inference performance, power efficiency, and cluster scaling tests in customer environments to demonstrate technical superiority.

5. Pre-Sales Technical Support & RFP Response: Author technical sections of RFPs/RFIs, deliver technical presentations and workshops, and prepare competitive product comparison materials.

6. Sovereign AI & Localization Support: Design solution packages that meet Sovereign AI requirements including domestic manufacturing/assembly, technology transfer, JV structures, and potential integration with Korean NPUs.

7. Close Collaboration with Sales Team: Join customer meetings with Account Executives, support deal strategy from a technical perspective, and help increase Win Rate.

8. Bridge to Internal Product & Engineering Teams: Relay customer feedback to HQ R&D/Product teams and influence roadmap for Korea-specific features (Korean-language management tools, local certifications, etc.).

Qualifications

Must-have

• 10+ years of experience as Solution Architect or Pre-sales Engineer in servers/storage/networking/HPC/AI infrastructure

• Deep technical understanding of GPU servers, AI clusters, and data center infrastructure (NVIDIA HGX/DGX, NVLink, InfiniBand, Liquid Cooling, etc.)

• Proven experience designing complex AI/HPC solution architectures and authoring technical proposals

• Ability to perform TCO/ROI analysis, plan and execute PoCs, and run benchmarks

• Native-level Korean + fluent business English (for communication with global HQ and technical teams)

• Willingness to work in Seoul/Incheon metropolitan area and travel to customer sites

Preferred

• Direct architecture or pre-sales experience targeting Neocloud / GPUaaS / Cloud Service Providers

• Hands-on experience with liquid cooling or high-density data center design and deployment

• Experience responding to technical sections of government/public-sector RFPs (NIPA, NIA, etc.)

• Experience related to Sovereign AI, domestic servers/NPUs, or technology transfer
