[담당업무] Product Manager (0명) 1. GENERAL MISSION OF THE POSITION Support the Marketing Manager and PM team in executing marketing plans that align with HQ’s key initiatives, while ensuring relevance to the local market and consistency with the brand’s identity as a strong dermatologist-oriented brand. Propose and manage the execution of the marketing plan for the products under the manager’s responsibility in the relevant territory by contributing to the growth of sales in the context of the marketing strategy and budgetary objectives defined by Senior Management. ________________________________________ 2. PRINCIPAL MISSIONS 2.1 • Take the full responsibility for managing the franchise holistically — from strategy development to execution — by overseeing product lifecycle, identifying market opportunities, and working closely with On-Off sales teams and operational teams to ensure brand consistency and sustainable growth. 2.2 • Participate in development and execution of the brand marketing calendar and marketing strategy including planning of product strategies, and promotional programs and ensure all elements are executed with excellence. 2.3 • Plans, develops & implements all on & offline in-store execution programs including merchandising, collateral, non-saleable product (samples/testers), in-store events, and promotions with timely delivery to trade. Develops and implements animation calendar for each retailer. • Support to create promotion plans to improve each product range sales most likely using marketing and sale techniques. 2.4 • Track and evaluate category performance on a monthly basis and prepare and analyze data relevant to campaign/ launch performance through formalized reporting. 2.5 • Work closely with and handle external agencies, especially digital communication agencies, to produce campaign content and execute events. 2.6 • Lead and manage new and ongoing launch forecasts including new product pricing strategy, launch analysis and promotional support planning. • Stock management / Rolling forecast. 2.7 • Prepares and presents marketing strategies with regional or HQ teams, retailers to share brand’s objectives. 2.8 • Support to develop and prepare promotional budgets and manage expenditure within guidelines to support marketing calendar activities. 3. TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS Personal Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Product Management or a related role. • Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken). • Strong passion for beauty and fashion, with a keen eye for trends and concept development. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office esp. Excel.
