[담당업무]

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and

construction teams.
• Excellent project planning, process monitoring, and

coordination skills using project management tools and

methodologies.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for client

interface, contractor coordination, and issue resolution.
• High-level competency in preparing and reviewing project

documents such as project execution plans, schedules, risk

registers, MoMs, and progress reports.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and change

control with full traceability and documentation discipline.

• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills,

including identification of project risks and implementation of mitigation actions.

• Ability to lead milestones meeting, technical reviews, and

decision workshops, ensuring all actions are documented

and closed out.

직무기술: LNG, EPC, PEP, RISK REGISTER, INTERFACE MATRIX, MoM, Process Reports
기타:
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project management for EPC,

offshore conversion, LNG, onshore plant, or large industrial projects.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle including

engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and

handover.
• Demonstrated capability in managing project budgets, schedules,

and change orders with clear justification and documentation.
• Experience leading coordination with clients, classification societies,

subcontractors, and vendors.
• Track record of preparing and controlling key project documents

(PEP, Risk Register, Interface Matrix, MoM, Process Reports)
• Experience resolving technical, commercial, and contractual issues

in fast-track or multi-stakeholder project environments.
• Prior responsibility for HSE oversight, quality compliance, and

ensuring adherence to project standards and regulatory

requirements.
